No Return, Refund, or Exchange Except for Defective Products

Returns for Defective Products Only:
In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days from the product delivery date.
Submit a return request with a video showcasing the unboxing of the product. Ensure the shipping label is visible, and the packaging remains sealed.
The video should be submitted without any pause, cut or edit to accurately capture the unboxing process and share it on tesralaccessories@gmail.com.
Refund Process for Defective Products:
For defective products, a return request must be raised within 7 days from the product delivery date.
The refund will be credited in the original payment method within 7 days from the date of the return request or the return product delivery date, whichever is earlier.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for Altered or Damaged Products:
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that have been damaged due to improper use or handling.
Products that have been altered in any way are also not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Prior to making a purchase, we encourage all customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, specifications, size charts, fabric materials used, and images.

1. Where do you ship?
We offer Shipping to most places within India. To know if your location is eligible, please enter your pin code on the specific product page. In the scenario, that your pin code isn't serviceable through our website, please contact us on tesralaccessories@gmail.com and we will try and get it to you!
2. Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, at this point in time we only ship within India.
3. How much does the shipping cost?
Prepaid orders above Rs. 1499 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Orders below Rs. 800 are charged a basic fee of Rs. 100 across India.
4. How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where in the country you are. We aim to deliver your products within 6-7 business days from the date of shipping. Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. In such cases refund will be processed through the original means of payment within 10 working days. Please email us at tesralaccessories@gmail.com regarding order cancellation.
6. Do you offer COD?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
7. The payment got deducted but I didn't receive order confirmation?
Sometimes this can happen due to a network error. Worry not, we are here to help. Simply send us a screenshot of the payment transaction at tesralaccessories@gmail.com and sit back. We will check the payment at our end and place your order manually.
